How Kalibr8 Cloud Solutions Ltd collects your personal data

KALIBR8 collects and uses information about website visitors, potential end users, users of KALIBR8’s products and services, and others who contact KALIBR8 through forms or email addresses published on or linked to our websites.

We collect personal data about you in the following ways:

      • By registering an account on our website or mobile apps including setting up passwords and preferred usernames, contact details and account details and your preferences;
      • Through direct visitor enquiries via the enquiry form on our website;

To access and use the online portal on the Website, you will need to register or be registered by a distributor/partner or managed service provider for an on-line account. We will only hold this data when we need to for the purposes of the products or services, we provide to you or where we have a legal obligation to do so.

If you are aged 16 or under, you must get your parent or guardian’s consent to provide your Personal Information to the Website, otherwise you are not allowed to provide any of your Personal Information to us.

The kind of information we hold about you

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Change of purpose

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You agree that any data you provide to us will be true, complete and accurate in all respects and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to it.
